  • Maximum capacity is strictly-enforced
  • All swimmers must come out of the water 30 minutes before sunset
  • Check-in for your event 30 minutes prior to your reservation time. If you need more time for a DJ, caterer, or decorator, you must purchase more time
  • A three-hour minimum rental time applies to all party boat charters
  • A tie-up fee applies to all double boat orders. Minimum charge of $150 added for tie-up
  • Carts provided for loading and unloading
  • All guests park in visitor parking – Do Not park in members parking
  • Parking Fee at P121 is $2 per hour

WHO CAN OPERATE A VESSEL AT SAM’S DOCK?

  • YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT FROM SAM’S DOCK
  • ANYONE BORN SEPTEMBER 1ST, 1993 OR AFTER MUST HAVE A TEXAS BOATERS SAFETY CERTIFICATE.

  • If you were born on or after September 1, 1993 and passed a boater education class or equivalency examination prescribed by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, and present  your certificate at check in.  Out of state valid certifications are acceptable.
